If it ain't broke, why fix it? L'Orcio co-owners Alison De Renzi and Francesco d'Amuri don't see it that way. “We recently revamped our menu,” says De Renzi, “we became an a la carte restaurant, so that customers can select their entrees.” That new approach allows “customize their meals and get the most for their money.” But beyond a new approach to service and a new website, l'Orcio's sticking to the basics. De Renzi says that the restaurant focuses on highlighting the ingredients, “letting the food stand for itself – we don't try to change what it is.”
