In our every day life we are surrounded by a variety of food choices. And as the saying goes 'what we eat will dramatically impact our health whether it's in a positive or negative way.' Throughout our lives the average person is not aware of the amount of sugar that's been added to their food. To answer this question, many food companies have conducted a vast amount of studies in an effort to find the answers about the amount of sugar that's been added to our food and if that could be the culprit for various health issues as well as changes in individuals mood. Attendees will learn how to stop the cycle, how small actions will impact your health, ways to change and improve your mood and how self care will restore your well-being.
Marcia Witter is an Integrated Health Coach and graduated from IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) in 2019. Her education through the IIN as well as her own life experiences, have given her the tools to guide people on how to make behavioral and lifestyle changes so that they will be able to experience better health overall through their improved nutritional intake, dietary habits and physical movements.
