1. MINDFUL YOGA FOR CHILDREN with Felicia Jordan
Like a lotus grows through mud into full bloom, this course empowers children to move through adversity towards positive change and growth. This six-week class provides an opportunity for them to practice mindful yoga in a safe, supportive, and fun environment! Each hour-long session will include activity sheets, breathing exercises, meditation, and playful movement. Youth ages two to six are welcome to join this course. Separately yet at the same time, we invite parents and caretakers to join us for six weeks of mindfulness practice and gentle yoga (see below for further details).

2. MINDFULNESS FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS with Brandon Nappi
Caring for children stretches the heart in unexpected ways. Enjoy some much needed time for yourself in a supportive community of mindfulness practice. Over six weeks, we'll explore gentle and restorative techniques that support the joyful, exhausting, and exhilarating adventure of raising a family. Our sessions will address some of the popular myths around mindfulness and offer a practical, simple on-ramp to bring this rich and beautiful tradition into your home. Our learning will include guided meditation, teaching, storytelling, conversation, and laughter.
