Join us for a unique hands-on experience while discovering the past. Participants will cut, chop, mix, cook, bake and savor dishes made from 18th Century recipes while using cast iron skillets, Dutch ovens, a kettle, wood and iron utensils to cook with over a wood fire in an open hearth of our 1713 House. Learn about colonial foodways and the time period of a colonial kitchen. The class culminates with a cooked feast of this tasty 18th Century Bill of Fare. Come hungry.
