We all have been dispirited, depressed or disheartened at one point or another in our lives. In this women's day retreat, we are going to learn how to step outside of our fears and experience joy. Using the four indigenous wisdom techniques (singing, dancing, storytelling and silence), we will put into practice natural and powerful mechanisms that will support our healing, creativity, and authenticity. This approach will ultimately bring balance and wholeness into our lives.
In Africa, we say that "If you can talk, you can sing, and if you walk, you can dance." This saying highlights that we can experience joy any moment in time and point of space.
This program is designed to create a safe space for women to connect, nurture each other's spiritual growth and transformation. We will leave the retreat, enlivened to make empowered choices that spontaneously spark joy and fulfillment.
