Join us every Wednesday night to stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this class designed to link movement with breath, allowing you to unwind and connect, taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. The classes are taught in a Vinyasa style flow of yoga postures suitable for any level of yoga experience, and the instructors are trained to recognize and provide modifications for past injuries or limitations.
