March 22-June 23: Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m.
to 8 p.m., Sunday, 12-4 p.m. Second Friday of the month, 10 a.m. to 8
p.m. This installation showcases 10 works by printmaker Taj Diffenbaugh
Worley (Monmouth, Illinois, 1947 - Seattle, Washington, 1987) on the
occasion of the 50th reunion
of the class of 1969. Worley's imagery is based on a personal
and intuitive abstraction of maps, mazes, gardens, and other natural
forms. This is particularly legible in the work of the 1970s becoming
more abstract in her multi-part works of the 1980s.
