IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
In this day retreat, we will use meditation, gentle yoga and writing to help us come into our centers and align mind, body and spirit. We often feel out of sorts, stressed, and anxious because we are at odds with our own story and with parts of ourselves. The world around us may be out of alignment; there may be all kinds of external stressors, but that only makes it more important to come back to our centers and live from a place of authenticity and authority.
We will use meditation to quiet the mind, yoga to release old energy caught in the body, and writing to get clear on who we really are and reconnect with our creativity. This retreat will give you tools to come into greater acceptance through mindfulness. You may be asked to go to some of the more challenging places so that you can see them with new eyes and a larger perspective, and transform old habit energies.
