If you have a desire to make writing your memoir or novel a priority this spring, this collaborative workshop will provide you the necessary guidance, structure, and writer's tools.
In this 6-week morning workshop, you'll learn how to draw upon your life experiences to write a memoir or craft fiction from your imagination. You'll tackle your writing from all angles--as a reader, writer, and editor--with your eye toward publication. You'll learn strategies to execute your ideas and build a working structure to save you time. To hone your craft, you'll study nonfiction and fiction mentor texts. Under the guidance of a working editor of two award-winning magazines, you'll learn how to shape your writing to captivate readers and sustain their interest. Writers of all levels are welcome.
