It’s no secret that Joe’s offers “American comfort food” like its popular burgers and ribs, and regional manager Geoff Gljiva says it’s a primary goal to make people feel like they're in their own dining room. “We want people to call Joe’s their home away from home,” he says. Part of that ongoing effort is the restaurant’s attempt to help people cope with their food allergies. “One of the most successful things in the last year is our gluten-free options,” Gljiva says, and the folks looking for gluten-free items can now enjoy dishes ranging from pasta to pizza at Joe’s.
