“We pretty much stick with what’s been working for us,” says Ollie O’Neill, owner of O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, who’s won this category 14 years in a row. “Business has been good.” If you’re a new entrant into the glorious world of Irish food, O’Neill’s, a comfortable restaurant that seats over 100 people, contains a large bar area, outdoor seating and ample parking, has your back: head over to the pub and sample their extensive pot pie section, especially the savory beef and Guinness pie. “We have really good value and awesome meals,” O’Neill says, “live music every Saturday, a DJ every Friday.” His beer of choice? “We offer the best pint of Guinness you can get in the States probably... Generally people come for the hospitality, and we try to give everybody a nice experience.”
