Often we suffer because we are impatient, wanting our lives or ourselves to be different or supposedly "better" in some way. Living in a fast-paced world, it is easy to get off balance and feel ill at ease, and think and behave in ways that do not promote health and ease. The good news is that this dis-ease is reversible!
